  • Do you accept drive ins or should I book an appointment?
    Please book an appointment. Even though we're always happy to help someone who passes by our Repair Shop, we don't always have the time and/or physical space at our Shop to properly check and diagnose a car. Booking an appointment will guarantee you that, AND our complete attention during our services. Don't worry, we are efficient and won't hold on to your transport for more than what we need to.
  • What is your Towing Service area of coverage?
    We are available 24/7 for all Central Jersey Counties, i.e. Hunterdon, Mercer, Somerset and Middlesex, but also provide service to Monmouth and Union counties, and we go as far as Morris and Warren Counties as well.
  • Do you have a flat rate for Towing Services?
    Our towing costs take into consideration several variables that can typically be clarified over the phone before the service begins, such as: where is your vehicle located, was it in an accident, is the towing situation an emergency, are the keys with the vehicle, where is the vehicle being towed to, is the vehicle operable, does it run, is the vehicle oversized or carbon-fiber or a classic, is it off road, does it require extraction (from mud or water)? Call our 24-hr towing service center or fill out the quotation request form, and we will get back to you with an approximate price of the service based on your answers.
  • What should I do if I need towing?
    When you find yourself in a road misfortune, first, DO NOT PANIC, and then: 1. If possible, park your car safely on the shoulder, preferably on a spot that has enough space off the road so that you are away from traffic, turn on your flashers and deploy the emergency triangles. 2. Call us at (908) 450-7558 or (908) 546-8962. And explain to our representative the situation with all the detail you think we might need to help you out. 3. Walk around the vehicle and identify visible additional damage to the one already reported, if possible, take pictures and make a list to report them in detail to our driver once he arrives. 4. Upon our arrival, please put your car in neutral so that your car’s wheels roll freely avoiding harm to the drive train when it is hooked up by the tow truck and provide our driver with the list you made of all the damages you detected in your inspection. Make sure to hold on to your travel belongings .
  • I noticed that my car is producing strange noises, emitting a burning smell, sometimes it just won't start, and lately is having difficulties taking off after a full stop. What can it be?
    The symptoms you describe may have a few different origins, but the information you provide helps us narrow the list so we can be more effective at the time of diagnosing the real origin(s) when you bring your car to our Repair Shop. Like MDs, we don't diagnose without interacting with the patient first, so we can't tell you what your car has or doesn't have before we check it out in person. Better call us and setup an appointment so we can help you out. If you feel it is risky to drive your car as it is, let us know, and we will tow it here with our own Towing Service.
